Objectives
- To implement gender equality within each department.
- To reduce the gender pay gap.
- Lineups should be inclusive and gender-balanced.
- Curating gender-balanced lineups should include performances by artists from minority groups but not only in opening acts.
Proposals
- • With equivalent skills: Always select a staff member who will bring the team closer to gender equality.
- • The collective bargaining agreement must be applied.
- • Remain vigilant for salary scales regarding the latest recruits: experience vs. equality.
- • A team member should be appointed as the contact person in case of harassment.
- • Email signatures should include gender pronouns.
