How to greet female and/or non-binary artists
Issues

Objectives
- To raise awareness against legitimacy and gender bias.
- To fight mansplaining.
- To fight against misgendering.
Proposals
- • All team members must be trained and show good teaching skills.
- • Preferred gender pronouns shall be mentioned in the technical rider.
- • Artist contracts shall be written with the artist's name highlighted, and the deadname must be displayed in smaller fonts.
- • To avoid gender bias, raise awareness by using only the word "hello".
- • Preferred gender pronouns must be included on staff members' email signatures.
